Returns policy
We hope you are completely happy with your purchase, however, if you change your mind, any unused item, with its seals intact and in original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at brazilgems1@gmail.com We will send youtube instructions for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
The delivery price for returns will be paid by the client.

Lost parcels must be reported within 8 days of the dispatch date. We will not be liable for any loss should you fail to contact us during this time.
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in great condition. However, if on a rare occasion, you receive a damaged/wrong item, please contact our customer care team on the methods above and we'll happily refund or replace it once the fault or damage is agreed.
What if I am not at home to accept my order?
Please check your email with track number and delivery date. If you miss your delivery, please contact the delivery company to see where the parcel is. Usually the company will try 2-3 times the delivery.
How long will my refund take?
Your refund will be processed once we have received your returned item(s). Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund. The refund will be issued to the payment method used to pay for the order. This also applies to any purchases made via Klarna, to which any payments you have made using this service will also be refunded to you via Klarna to your original.
